A content piece can be a reel, carousel, photo post or graphic, and a complex reel may need a different scope than a simple post. Additional platforms with their own publishing requirements start at $100/month each. Larger scopes with 16 to 20 pieces are custom shaped around your goals and production needs.

We’re co-owners of Madhatter's Studios. We started the studio after seeing how many good businesses struggled to market themselves consistently while also handling everything else it takes to run the business.
Both of us stay involved in the work and the client relationship. Behind us is a growing team that helps us deliver content without losing the personal, hands-on way we work.

A few useful answers.
Content Support starts at $700 per month for businesses supplying their own footage. Social Management starts at $1,200 per month, and Social + Marketing Strategy starts at $2,000 per month. Larger scopes are custom quoted, and event coordination is quoted separately based on scope.
Content Support ($700/month and up) is for businesses that capture their own footage. We edit it, write captions, schedule, publish and report monthly. Social Management ($1,200/month and up) takes social off your plate entirely: we plan the month, run a content session with you, create the content, publish it and handle light community management.
Yes. We shoot, write, design and edit. You don't need to send us a folder of photos to make a month work, though we'll happily use good material you already have.
Yes. Madhatter's coordinates business events including grand openings, conferences, launches, appreciation events, community events and promotional events. A scope can include planning, promotion, suppliers, guest communications, run-of-show coordination, on-site support and event content.
Yes. We work with businesses and organisations throughout Southern Alberta, including Coaldale, Taber, Raymond, Fort Macleod, Cardston, Claresholm and Calgary. Production days outside Lethbridge are planned so travel's worth everyone's time.
