We’re co-owners of Madhatter's Studios, a growing Lethbridge marketing studio working across Southern Alberta.

Why we started Madhatter's

We saw how many good businesses struggled to market themselves consistently while also doing everything else required to run the business. The ideas were there, but the time and production support usually weren’t.

Madhatter's gives those businesses a hands-on team for social media, content and events. We bring the strategy and keep the work moving, while making sure the final output still feels specific to the business behind it.

How we work

Strategy and creative execution sit in the same room. Madison and Natasha bring complementary strengths and both stay involved in client work, which means you talk to an owner about your business rather than to whoever inherited the account this quarter.

Behind the two of us is a growing production team. That gives us more capacity while keeping the relationship direct and personal. Clients know who is leading the work and can talk to the people making decisions about it.

Local, in the practical sense

We live and work in Lethbridge. We know the business community here, we know the seasons that shape trade and agriculture work, and we know which rooms your customers are in. Local knowledge isn't a slogan on this site, it's just what makes the planning faster and the content more specific.

With a background in marketing, media and community building, she's especially good at finding the story behind a business and figuring out how to make people care.
