Question 1

How much does social media management cost in Lethbridge?

Accepted Answer

Content Support starts at $700 per month for businesses supplying their own footage. Social Management starts at $1,200 per month, and Social + Marketing Strategy starts at $2,000 per month. Larger scopes are custom quoted, and event coordination is quoted separately based on scope.

Question 2

What does a social media manager actually do?

Accepted Answer

The job's more than posting. It covers deciding what the business should be talking about, planning a month of content, producing that content, writing the copy, publishing on schedule, replying to comments and messages, watching the numbers and changing the plan when something isn't landing.

Question 3

Does Madhatter's Studios create the content?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We shoot, write, design and edit. You don't need to send us a folder of photos to make a month work, though we'll happily use good material you already have.

Question 4

Do you offer social media filming in Lethbridge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We film on location in Lethbridge and travel across Southern Alberta for production days. That includes your shop, job site, office, storefront, facility or event.

Question 5

Can you manage Instagram and Facebook for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that's the most common setup. We also work in TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile when they suit the business. We'd rather run two channels properly than five badly.

Question 6

Does Madhatter's Studios plan events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Madhatter's coordinates business events including grand openings, conferences, launches, appreciation events, community events and promotional events. A scope can include planning, promotion, suppliers, guest communications, run-of-show coordination, on-site support and event content.

Question 7

Do you work with businesses outside Lethbridge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with businesses and organisations throughout Southern Alberta, including Coaldale, Taber, Raymond, Fort Macleod, Cardston, Claresholm and Calgary. Production days outside Lethbridge are planned so travel's worth everyone's time.

Question 8

How often do you create content?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. Most partnerships run on a monthly cycle: one planned production session, then content published through the month. Businesses with more to show, like trades or hospitality, often shoot more frequently.

Question 9

Do I need to know what kind of content I want?

Accepted Answer

No. Bringing ideas is welcome, but figuring out the angle is our job. If you already know exactly what you want made, you might just need a production crew, and we can do that too.

Question 10

Can Madhatter's work with our existing marketing team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly sit alongside an in-house marketing coordinator, an office manager who's been carrying social media, or another agency handling web and print. We're clear about who owns what so nothing gets duplicated.

Question 11

How long are your social media contracts?

Accepted Answer

Our partnerships are ongoing and month-based, with an initial commitment so there's time for the work to mean something. Strategy, production and consistency don't show results in three weeks. Exact terms are set out in your agreement before you sign anything.

Question 12

Who is a good fit for Madhatter's Studios?

Accepted Answer

We’re a good fit for established businesses and organisations in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta that value thoughtful marketing and want reliable support with strategy, content or execution. The exact scope depends on what your team already handles and where you need help.
