I help you clarify the purpose of the event, define what success actually looks like, and build a plan that supports it. I manage vendor communication, coordinate speakers, create detailed timelines and run of show documents, oversee registration and guest flow, and handle on site logistics so nothing gets missed. From sponsorship tracking to stage cues, I make sure every detail has a place.
You can bring me in at the planning stage, halfway through when things start to feel messy, or closer to event day when you just need someone to take the pressure off. My role is simple. I protect the vision while making sure the execution is solid.
