ReformHer Pilates Studio

The challenge

ReformHer was preparing to open a brand-new Pilates studio and needed two launch events that would introduce the space, build excitement and create a memorable first impression with their new community.

The strategy

Create two distinct launch experiences, a more intimate soft opening followed by a larger grand opening, with every detail planned to feel welcoming, intentional and true to the ReformHer brand.

What we did

• Event Planning & Coordination: Planning the logistics, timelines and details behind both launch events.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Managing the moving pieces, communication and outside partners needed to bring each event together.
• On-Site Event Execution: Supporting the events in real time so the ReformHer team could focus on their guests and actually enjoy the launch.

Testimonial

We had the pleasure of working with Mad Hatter Studios for both our Founding Members Event and our Grand Opening at reformher, and they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Natasha and Madison were organized, creative, professional, and genuinely invested in making our events a success. They took the time to understand our vision, handled the details seamlessly, and created an experience that felt welcoming, polished, and true to our brand. As a new business owner, having a team I could trust made all the difference. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, kept everything running smoothly, and allowed me to focus on connecting with our members and guests instead of worrying about logistics. We've received so many compliments on both events, and a huge part of that is thanks to their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for an event planning team that is reliable, creative, and passionate about supporting local businesses, I highly recommend Mad Hatter Studios. Thank you, Natasha and Madison, for helping make such an important milestone for reformher so memorable. We look forward to working with you again!
